Strengths and Capabilities

When begining a new project, my first step is to deeply understand the users and their requirements and then adapt my strategy to be centered around the user's perspective. This user-focused approach ensures that our design solutions are both relevant and valuable.

I prioritize creating accessible and inclusive designs in all projects. After assessing accessibility standards, I conduct audits and collaborate with developers to ensure usability for everyone.
By prioritizing accessibility from the outset, I help create products that are both functional and inclusive.

Collaboration is the key to project success. I work with cross-functional teams and use agile methodologies to streamline the design process. Through daily stand-ups and sprint planning, I ensure design efforts are aligned with project goals, contributing to a cohesive work environment.

As a senior designer, I focus on fostering the growth and development of the team. I assess the skills of junior designers, create bespoke learning plans and provide one-to-one mentoring to develop their skills. This investment in professional development builds a strong, resilient design team that delivers high quality work.
